Delivery Information

At Mac In A Sac South Africa, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Order Processing

We will make every effort to ship all orders within 2–7 working days from the time the order is placed and payment is received.
Orders are dispatched on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Express Delivery: 2–3 working days once shipped

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days once shipped

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. Should any unexpected delays occur, we will notify you promptly.

3. Delivery Options & Fees

• Standard Delivery: R99 (3–7 working days)

• Express Delivery: R120 (2–3 working days)

• Free Delivery: Standard delivery on orders over R1000 (3–7 working days)

Additional Delivery Services:
We also offer delivery to Courier Guy Lockers and PAXI collection points for added convenience.

4. Delivery Address

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change or update the delivery address. Please ensure all delivery details are correct before completing your order.
